Wimbledon Merchandise Website Redesign
I was the creative lead for the redesign of the Official Wimbledon Merchandise Website for 2014 Championships. It was important to keep to the iconic brand identity whilst pushing forward and developing the aesthetic of the website.
The key areas we worked on was customer usability, using html copy on the website rather than static copy to make it more SEO friendly and updating all imagery. Due to the high volume of Asian customers using the website, we added Simplified Chinese language as an option on the website.
The website was passed and launched two days early, and sales went up 226% from the year before.
